Customer support
Active dealer? Email support@vinreach.ai. For billing: use the "Manage billing" link inside /settings/billing to reach Stripe's customer portal for invoices + payment method changes.
Privacy + CPRA requests
Email privacy@vinreach.ai to exercise any data-subject right. Include the dealership name you interacted with so we can route the request correctly — VinReach processes data as a processor for our dealer customers; they are your primary controller relationship.
